A queue doesn't wait for your internet
When the line drops, most tills stop taking money. Vorxx keeps going. Sales are held on the device and the moment you're back they sync in the order they happened — with nothing counted twice.
Mobile money in the sale
MTN and Airtel prompts go out from the till and the sale only closes when the money is confirmed by the gateway — not when the customer says it went through.
Counted once, never twice
If a charge settles after the browser closed, the sale is rebuilt and reconciled. Money that arrived without a sale gets flagged before the drawer is counted.
Stock & branches
Every shop, one set of books
Open a second branch and nothing forks. Stock moves between shops with an approval trail, each till sees what's actually on its own shelf, and the owner sees all of it at once.
Transfers that balance. Stock leaves on approval and lands on receipt — never counted in two places at once.
Staff see their own shop. A cashier is scoped to their branch; a manager can be given more.
Stock takes that reconcile. Count by category, see the variance, approve it — with who counted and who signed recorded.

Questions people ask
What happens when the internet goes down?
You keep selling. Sales are stored on the device and sync automatically when the connection returns, in the order they were made. Mobile money needs a line to confirm, so cash is the fallback for those minutes.
Do I need to be VAT registered?
No. If you're not registered, switch VAT off and nothing is charged or filed. If you are, each product carries its own rate, so zero-rated and standard-rated goods can sit in the same basket.
Can I move my existing products in?
Yes — import from a CSV with your names, prices, barcodes and stock. On Enterprise we'll do the migration with you.
Who can see what?
You decide. Roles set what each person can open, and staff are scoped to their own branch unless you widen it. Every sale, refund and stock change records who did it.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It's yours. Export your records at any time, and take a backup to your own device whenever you like.
